用途与特点 The use and characteristics

1、本机器适用于使用UV漆平面涂装后的瞬间干燥。

◇   This machine is suitable for instant drying after coating with UV paint

2、设有自动定位装置，方便生产。

◇   It is equipped with automatic positioning device, convenient for production

3、操作人员只需1个甚至调整后没有人也行，减少人力，降低生产成本。

◇   The operation personnel only need one or even no one after the adjustment. It can reduce the manpower and the production cost

4、本机可直接连接涂布机或淋幕机，涂装后成品直接干燥，免除搬运的麻烦，省时省人力。

◇   The machine can be directly connected to the printing machine or shower curtain machine and 

     the finished products can be dried directly after painting, which eliminating the trouble of handling, saving time and manpower

5、可以使涂装物表面硬度提高，色泽亮丽。

◇   It can improve the surface hardness and bright color. 

6、适合于实木板、复合板、钢板、建材、皮革等使用UV涂料之后干燥。

◇   It is suitable for solid wood board, composite board, steel plate, building materials, leather and other use of UV paint after drying.

7、功能用途与双灯干燥机一致，干燥强度更高。

◇   Same function with the double lamp dryer, and the drying strength is higher.
